A
Maze in Corn is Manitoba's ORIGINAL CORN MAZE! Located just 10 minutes
south of Winnipeg near St. Adolphe. It is Manitoba's leading corn
maze. Every year we design a new maze with a unique theme. For
example, we have done: The lost towns of Manitoba, The Survivor
Challenge, and A Solar Search, just to name a few! Each theme
involves a scavenger hunt related to the theme. It is an extra
challenge to find all of the stations. Not to mention, each
station has a different shaped punch. Therefore, no cheating! The Corn Maze is a great outdoor activity for groups of all ages.
We
started our Maze in 1998 after reading about Corn Mazes in the southern
United States. We thought it would be great to offer Manitobans
an opportunity to get off the couch and enjoy some healthy outdoor
family entertainment. Since that time, we have increased the farm
experience by including the petting zoo, horse drawn hayrides, pony
rides, concessions, group sites, the giant bale pyramid, the pumpkin
barn, and of coarse, the ever popular…Haunted Forest! Each year seems
to bring something new to A Maze in Corn! ...We love hearing your
suggestions.

MAZE BY FLASHLIGHT
Bring your flashlight and enjoy the extra challenge of doing the maze in the dark! The latest maze start time is always 9:00 pm because we close by 10:00 pm.
THE HAUNTED FOREST ( Open Thursday to Sunday from October 1 to October 30, 2011)
Halloween is an exciting time of year here at the corn maze! If you want to get "spooked" in a cornfield... come on out! The maze is golden in color and rustles in the wind leading you to believe there is something out there. If you want a real "spook and scare" check out our Haunted Forest which opens on October 1, 2011. Click on Haunted Forest for more details.
THE PUMPKIN BARN
Every
year we plant 5 acres of pumpkins. Then, in late September, we
head out to the field to pick the thousands of variously shaped
pumpkins. If you are interested in picking out the perfect
pumpkin for your Halloween Jack' O Lantern - "A Maze in Corn" has it!
There are hundreds to choose from in the Pumpkin Barn. Then,
enjoy a ride back to your car on the pumpkin train. Bales,
ornamental corn, and corn stalks are also available.
THE PETTING ZOO
We
have very friendly farm animals: goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits,
ponies, lamas, Clydesdales, alpacas, a calf, and lots of kittens.
We allow you to go right in, so you can get a "hands on" experience!

PONY RIDES
We now offer pony rides! Yes, you can go for a ride like a real cowboy or cowgirl!
The pony rides operate Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-5:00 (weather permitting) or make a special group booking.
The rides are $3.00 per child.
HAYRIDES
A farm experience isn't quite complete unless you take a Hay Ride! -
Our two Clydesdales "Doc" & "King" will be sure to give you the
farm tour much like it was done many years ago. Hayrides are
$3.00 per person. 3 years old and under are free.
The hayrides run every Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 1:00 - 5:00.
Any other time must be pre-booked for your group.

THE BALE PYRAMID
The bales are stacked into a giant pyramid reaching over 20 feet tall! - A great view from the top… but not easy to climb!
This is definitely the fun place to be!

SNACK SHACK
We
have amazing homemade French fries, hot dogs, smokies, popcorn, ice
cream, chips, chocolate bars, and various drinks. Enjoy your meal
outdoors at a picnic table. We also sell glow products for the night
time mazers.
